All services are subject to availability and our booking policies. • Appointments must be booked in advance • A deposit is required to secure your appointment • Services are provided at our Hillsboro, OR location

When purchasing products through our website: • All prices are listed in USD • Payment is processed securely through Shopify • We reserve the right to limit quantities • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days • Shipping times vary by location and carrier • Free shipping available on orders over $75 • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

We have a 30-day return policy for products. To be eligible for a return: • Items must be unused and in original packaging • Proof of purchase is required • Certain items (opened adhesives, used lash trays, clearance items) cannot be returned • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return For service refunds, please refer to our Booking Policies page.
