To ensure the highest quality of service and respect for everyone's time, we've established the following guidelines. Please review these carefully before your visit.
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for new clients and full sets to secure your appointment

This goes toward your final service total and helps manage the schedule

Cancellation Policy / Refunds

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment

No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit or require a $50 cancellation fee

Failure to pay cancellation fee will result in client termination

We do not offer refunds unless we cancel your appointment

If you experience issues with your lashes within 72 hours, please reach out — we'll make it right!
Late Arrivals / No-Shows

If you're running late, please let us know

Arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled and treated as a no-show

This helps us respect the time of all our clients

Clients who no-show may be required to pay in full to rebook

We reserve the right to deny future appointments if no-shows are repeated
Fills & Lash Retention / Client Etiquette

To be eligible for a fill, you must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining

After 3 weeks, a full set may be required

Arrive with clean lashes — no eye makeup, mascara, eye cream, or oils

Silence your phone and avoid bringing extra guests (unless approved ahead of time)

How often do I need to come in for lash fills?
It is recommended to come in for lash fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness. Your natural lashes have a growth cycle and will naturally shed, causing extensions to fall out over time. By coming in for fills, we can replace fallen lashes and keep your lash line looking full and voluminous. The frequency may depend on your natural lash growth rate and how well you care for your extensions. Your lash artist can advise on the best schedule for your needs.
Will the lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a trained and experienced lash artist, extensions should not damage your natural lashes. However, improper application or poor aftercare can lead to damage or breakage. Choose a reputable lash artist and follow aftercare instructions carefully. It's also recommended to take breaks between appointments to allow your natural lashes to rest and rejuvenate.
Can I wear makeup with my lash extensions?
Yes, but be gentle and avoid rubbing or pulling on your lash line. Use oil-free makeup and makeup remover, as oil-based products can weaken the adhesive and cause extensions to fall out prematurely. Be cautious with mascara as it can clump or damage the lashes. A better alternative is to use a lash extension safe mascara, or skip mascara altogether and let your extensions be the star of the show!
